Could be posible to use vnc and transfer a file simultaneusly?

It already is a feature =)

Next time hit the "minimize" button on the filetransfer. You can then use the remote machine while it is uploading. Of course, this will be quite slow, but that's because the filetransfer uses up the bandwidth. It should still work, though.
