JavaViewer and Japanese keyboard

Does anybody know how I can set parameter "Japanese keyboard" to connect to Server.
I have RU and EN layouts. And I have troubles with changing layout on remote PC. If I use UltraVNC Viewer (not Java) with Japanese keyboard than it's OK.
But I con't find this parameter in JavaViewer.
