TightVNC Help URGENTLY Needed!

Hi guys! So basically I downloaded TightVNC a couple of days ago and everything was running fine. But when I tried to reopen it this morning it didn't work and kept saying connection established but nothing more. :( Since then I've downloaded realVNC and UltraVNC but none of them work D:< I think it may be something to do with the iPhone im trying to connect to but its never shown any problems before hand with connecting.

If you would be interested in helping me out, please reply and hopefully you'll know what's gone wrong as I'm a total noob at this kind of stuff :P.
