VNC stays connected at remote user logout, Windows 7

Post by ryeookin2 »

Currently when one is vnc'd into a Windows 7 machine and from that machine you log that user out, VNC disconnects. I originally asked about this in tech support forum here:
https://forum.ultravnc.net/viewtopic.php?f=67&t=30144

Reconnecting was suggested and tested (but my reconnection still takes roughly 30 seconds to be established)

As for actually fixing this issue as opposed to a workaround, Rudi said this wan't just a simple task. As such I'd like to formally request a feature that when one vnc's into a Windows 7 machine and from that machine you log that user off that VNC stays connected.

Thanks for your time.
