Uvnc disconnect afther prompt admin privileged

Hi,

Windows clients with OS Windows 10 ver 1703 disconnect uvnc when admin credential prompt popup is necessary. All clients have restringed privileged and ofthen we need put admin credentials to perform elevated actions. While admin credential prompt is active, is not possible to connect throught uvnc until client click to NO options.

I would appreciate any help.

SOLUTION: Set UAC to "Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer (do not dim by desktop)". Our windows client's had UAC set to max level.

Running as service, vnc is able to switch to the UAC input screen so you can remote press the ok.

But then you need admin permission to start/stop the vnc service
