From where do I get sc.exe?

Sorry for this simple question: but from where do I get the sc software?
Sc.exe is not inside the UltraVNC package.

If I click on the link mentioned on the top right of page

I get the "normal" UltraVNC package

Is only the source code available? I need the precompiled binaries for Win2000/WinXP
