Server Manager is white and some windows won't be displayed

Hi, I am writing here since I didn't found a solution for this issue.
Some applications windows are rendered white or not displayed at all. I installed UltraVNC ver 1.3.8.1 on a Windows Server 2019; when accessing it and logging in to Windows, Server Manager starts automatically but the content of the window is white. :what?: All the other UltraVNC functionalities are working great. :D
On another application installed on that server, a semi-transparent window is just not displayed at all. I have tried the "Poll Foreground Window" option in the properties but it did not helped so far. There is a NVIDIA graphics card installed on the server. Do you have any idea what could be done ?
