Viewer loses control rights on the Server

Dear Community,

My Problem is, that the Viewer loses control rights on the Server when opening device manager for example.

Any other "admin" Program causes the same problem. The viewer window is still open but you cant click anything anymore.

The setting "Disable viewer input" is NOT active, and the login type is also "VNC" and not "View only".
The control ability gets lost, the moment i open the device manager on the server, why is that??

When you start UltraVNC Server as normal user you can't control any applications started with run as admin.

To be able to control that program:
- UltraVNC Server (winvnc.exe) needs to be started with runas admin
OR
- UltraVNC Server needs to be running as service
