I think UltraVNC and UltraVNC SC are very good stuff!

I would like to have a report (if not still present and me stupid not see it) that can give a summary of "remote support".
This can be very useful to send to my customer showing the date, time of connection and duration.

You can use a repeater and have the log file as a connection summery.. :idea:
