Users cannot run SC

I've created a SC and for several customers it runs smoothly, but lately I've had a few who encounter problems when opening the SC file.

The message (comming from windows) says (translated as it is in Danis):

<Path+filename> The unit could not be found or you have insufficient rights.

It should be noted, that the users have Adminstrators privileges..

Any ideas???

their don't use hard drive ?
or
their use another drive for %temp% folder
