Creating my own SC Generator/PERL Source?

I am interested in being able to compile my own SC based on some database or file information. Basically a PHP script would generate the helpdesk code and then make a call (to the PERL script that is used on SC site??) to generate the EXE and refresh to the download.

This way I can say yeah I can help you with your PC - goto http://www.mydomain.com/connect.php - this would read a file (with my IP inside of it) and generate the SC then allow the user to download it.

This way I can be at any computer on any internet connection put my IP in a text file and have the exe generated on my server and available for download.

Does anyone know if the PERL that generates the EXE on http://sc.uvnc.com/ is available? Or if anyone's made something like it?

I'm using a apache/linux, any help would be appreciated.

Anyone out there? Is something developed already that is similiar to this?

uvnc.com use a bat script (win32), perl is only used to upload a file.
