audio hooks...
How about some form of audio hooks. Microsoft's RDP does this so it should be easy enough. Well, then again, I don't know how they do it. There would be the issue of a viewer not having the same hardware as a server... Still, it would be nice to hear success/failure sounds when trying to help someone remotely.
