I got a message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." when I tried to go to either the home site or the forum.

I tried creating SC by using:
https://support1.uvnc.com/cgi-bin/upload12.pl

My provided logo.bmp is ignored and replaced by the default "eye" logo.
I made my logo the same x / y size, but that does help either.

The creator does not say anything either.

What exactly is required for the logo?

I think I've discovered a rather obscure problem when running server under Windows 11.
I've been using UltraVNC for at least 15 years or more supporting AV installations across the US in museums and visitor centers. I never encountered this issue.

I'm retired now, so only using it to support my church's AV and would sometimes need to access my home machine for files.
On my machine at home, I have always used an alternate port from the default 5900, always opening port forwarding for that port, in my case 6005. I just felt that not being an obvious opening, it was less risky.

When I updated my machine to Win11, I could no longer access, even on the local network, so port forwarding was not involved. It simply would not respond, never asking for password. I tried everything I could think of, even allowing the port under Windows Security for both Private and Public networks. I updated to 1.6.4.0 of UltraVNC to make sure I wasn't missing an important update. Finally, in desperation, I changed my port back to 5900 and all is well. I don't think this is an issue with UltraVNC, but rather a limitation of Win11. FWIW, since I do have two different PCs at the church, I use 5901 and 5900 to distinguish between them and have had no trouble with those. It could be that 6005 is a special case since I have yet another machine at my old work place that has used 5914 with no issues since updating that PC to Win11.

I'm happy now.
