Include vnchooks.dll in addons

Each UltraVNC version has download links for both addons win32 and x64.
Can you include vnchooks.dll in those files?

Currently the only way to get this file is to run the full installer.

While you're at it, why doesn't it have a 64-bit version (like schook.dll/schook64.dll)?

Thanks for fixing both issues - vnchooks.dll 32/64 (same filename for both) is now included right in the ZIP version of the application itself!
