@Rudi De Vos Does the above command work correctly?
When I use user and run UltraVNC.msi with administrator rights the above command will log in Programs and Features on all users of Windows.

Hi Rudi,
installers checksums on download page for uVNC 1.6.4.0 are invalid for x64 and x86 exe's, they are actually copied from x64 and x86 msi variants.
also link pointing to forum points to discussion around ver. 1.6.1.0 - this is maybe mistake too ?
